Go to Tyria and find white rabbit from the rabbit hole. Dance before rabbit hole so rabbit comes out and bow for rabbit. Then rabbit drop you 10 presents and jump back to rabbit hole.

Well, the Dragon Arena during the Factions festival will probably count towards the Gamer title if Anet decides to hold it again. The Nine Rings shouldn't because it's essentially a game of chance, not really something you can win since it goes on forever.
